Diane D. Miller is President & CEO of Wilcox Miller & Nelson, a leading board and executive search and governance consultancy firm. An expert in corporate governance, Diane works with clients as diverse as global pension funds to private companies. Ms. Miller speaks extensively on the subjects of board governance and board diversity. Ms. Miller served as Vice President of Portfolio Management for a real estate syndication company, with a portfolio of real estate located in 30 states. A Director of AARP Foundation since June 20, 2016, she also served as a Director of Humboldt Bancorp and Umpqua Holdings Corporation (Umpqua Bank.)
Currently, Ms. Miller also serves on the California Chamber of Commerce Board and the CPI International Board.
Ms. Miller is a graduate of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 2004 Directors' College, and UCLA's Directors' College. She is a certified Board Leadership Fellow through the National Association of Corporate Directors and a member of their adjunct faculty. She has attended applied cybersecurity courses through MIT and RAS. Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific. Her MBA is from Golden Gate University.
